Sō kōhen hōsho, 13th century.

A request for horses to be provided on the occasion of a ceremony at the Hōjōji temple, which was built by Fujiwara no Michinaga in 1022. This temple was destroyed by succesive fires before the late Kamakura period, so this document should be dated prior to 1300. In his postscript, Takano Tatsuuki suggest that the ceremony may have been one celebrated in 1276, on the anniversary of the death of Emperor Go-Horikawa.
